Understanding your audience
Every writing project starts with a deep dive into your company’s customers — who are they? What are their pain points? How do they speak? What are their concerns?
Brief development
Before starting to actually write, it’s essential to lay the groundwork. In a comprehensive brief, I outline the goals, context, keywords, and key messages we’re trying to communicate to act as a guiding light through the writing process.
Writing & editing
Taking all the details we’ve established so far, I start with a messy first draft and then refine it into clear, compelling content in your company’s voice. I use generative AI tools like ChatGPT to speed up the editing process, but every final deliverable is 100% polished, human-reviewed, and slop-free.
Distribution
I don’t take a set it and forget it approach. We’ll work together to establish where the content will be shared and how, so that the right stories get in front of the right eyes.
